Who can buy at HORECA Shop?
Only companies and sole traders. Wholesale prices excluding VAT are visible to everyone, and a free company account is required to order.
Is registration free?
Yes. Company registration is free and does not oblige you to buy. Your account is active immediately and you can order right away.
How can I request a quote for larger quantities?
Send an inquiry through the contact form or from a product page. We will prepare a quote tailored to your needs.
When can I order after registering?
Right away — your company account is active as soon as you complete registration. Regular customers are later assigned a discount that is applied to prices automatically when they sign in.
Can you embroider or print our logo?
Yes. We embroider towels, linen and bathrobes, and print on slippers, amenities and additional equipment — with quantity and lead time agreed in advance.
Is there a minimum order?
Standard products have a minimum quantity per item shown on the product page. Branding and larger hotel orders are agreed individually.
How do I get a discount on larger quantities?
Volume and loyalty discounts are agreed individually. Send an inquiry with the items and quantities you need — we will prepare a quote.
What is the lead time for personalized products?
It depends on the product, technique (embroidery or print) and quantity. Exact timing is confirmed with the quote — usually from a few business days to a few weeks for larger orders.
Do I get a proforma invoice and an invoice in the company name?
Yes. For B2B orders we issue a proforma invoice, and after payment we issue an invoice with your company details (tax ID, registration number, address) via SEF (Serbia’s e-invoicing system).
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices on the site are shown excluding VAT. VAT (20%) is added on the proforma invoice.
