Customers are exclusively registered companies and sole traders purchasing for their business activity. The seller does not sell to individuals (consumers), so the Consumer Protection Act does not apply to purchases in this shop. When registering, the customer enters company details (name, tax ID, company ID, address) and is responsible for their accuracy. The seller may refuse or cancel an order if the details are incorrect.

All prices are wholesale prices in Serbian dinars (RSD) excluding VAT. VAT is added on the proforma invoice in accordance with tax regulations. A discount assigned to the customer is applied automatically when signed in. The seller may change prices; confirmed orders keep the price valid at the time of purchase.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. A proforma invoice is issued for every order; the contract is considered concluded once payment under the proforma invoice is recorded.

Payment is made by bank transfer against the proforma invoice. The proforma includes an IPS QR code, so you can also pay by scanning it in your banking app. The order is processed once payment is recorded.

Goods are shipped to the address given when ordering. Delivery time depends on availability, the courier service and arrangements for larger orders. We notify you of the status by email. Shipping costs are shown in the cart before the order is confirmed.

Part of the range can be made to measure or branded (e.g. logo embroidery). Lead times and terms for such orders are agreed separately, and goods made to the customer's specification cannot be returned except in the case of a justified complaint.

The seller is responsible for delivering goods in the agreed condition and quantity. Report transport damage within 48 hours of receipt.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia, and the relationship between seller and customer by the Law on Obligations. Disputes fall under the competent court at the seller's registered seat.
